Since moving out midwest, and lacking a job still today, I've picked up cooking and baking even more than before. I really enjoy that aspect of being a wife, having dinner ready for my man! I feel like since I don't currently have a job, it's the least I can do. Plus, it's just so much fun! I've been blessed with time to explore new recipes and discover new ways to make the same'ol thing. Ya know!
I am not picky, I just love food. My husband, however, it a meat and two kinda guy. There's a lot of pressure to think up a menu to please since I could settle with a salad adorned with random toppings. But alas, I love a good challenge. :)
